ABC Teachers are looking for Teaching Assistants in and around the Rugby area, who have either relevant qualifications or professional experience we can obtain references for in child-based roles. We do also have a range of other similar vacancies across the Midlands area.

Starting in the new academic year - September 2024


About the role

You will be able to have the opportunity to assist in lesson learning and occasionally lead activities to help the class teacher, which will also include a range of support options in large groups, intervention groups and on a 1:1 basis. This allows the chance to gain valuable new experiences in a primary education setting.


About the school

ABC Teachers works closely with primary schools in the Rugby area.


Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
* Have experience of supporting in the school environment
* Have a passion for working with children
* Good communication skills
* Good relationship building skills
* Have a DBS that is registered on the update service / willing to obtain a new one
* Be able to secure professional references to cover the last two years
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Salary based on qualifications and experience and hours worked
