We are a completely independent Network for mortgage and protection brokers with over 850 members across the UK. Due to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Mortgage Development Manager to drive growth, enhance productivity, and support the development of our advisers.

Requirements of a Mortgage Development Manager
· Full CeMAP or MAQ
· A minimum of 2 years' experience within in a similar role for another mortgage network
· Good understanding of Mortgages with proven experience
· Previous experience coaching and developing advisers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
· Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
· The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
· Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e. excel, word etc.
· Ability to manage project work
· The ability to build strong relationships with a good telephone manner

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Development Manger
· To build and develop strong relationships with our members using business development techniques
· To complete quarterly telephone projects and achieve outbound call targets
· To ensure regular contact with all mortgage adviser members, new and existing
· To assist in improving member satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support to our members
· To manage adviser concerns in relation to mortgages and work with stake holders in order to resolve. (lenders, compliance, CRM, TRM Websites)
· To be the first point of contact for both internal (advisers) and external contacts for mortgages queries
· To work on the development & enhancement of The Network's Mortgage proposition with the Head of Lending
· To work with the network CRM support team on ongoing mortgage developments
· Maintain relationship with Conveyancing partners & Lending Partners with the Head of Lending
· Improve productivity and development of advisers

Further details
* While the role offers hybrid working, you'll be expected to work from our Head Office and therefore should live within a reasonable commuting distance.
* Working hours: Generally, 9am – 5pm but could vary dependent on business needs

Salary
* £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 dependant on experience
