The Role
We're looking for a Senior Planner/Scheduler to support major infrastructure programmes at BAE Systems, helping deliver critical capabilities across the Air Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Manage construction & infrastructure schedules
Deliver monthly reporting and analysis
Support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Ensure alignment of cost, schedule, and risk
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Strong planning & scheduling experience
Knowledge of project controls & risk analysis
Experience with Primavera, Asta, MSP, or similar
Background in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Defence or regulated environment experience is a plus.
