We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative and marketing team at Great British Drinks Company, supporting a diverse and expanding portfolio of drinks brands.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly creative designer who loves bringing brands to life visually across packaging, campaigns, digital, and social. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brands as we continue to scale and evolve.
About the role
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand creative across a wide range of touchpoints. From campaign assets and social content to packaging design and trade materials, you’ll help ensure our brands stand out in a crowded and competitive drinks market.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, on-site, events and product teams to translate ideas into visually compelling work that is commercially effective and creatively distinctive.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. There will also be an adhoc requirement to support on wider Group design projects, spanning pet products to licensed brands.
Key responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative assets across multiple brands within the portfolio
* Develop campaign visuals across digital, social, print, and in-store channels
* Support packaging design development from concept through to production
* Create engaging social-first graphics and motion-ready assets where required
* Work closely with the social, brand, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
* Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
* Adapt and roll out creative across multiple formats and channels efficiently
* Collaborate with external agencies, illustrators, and photographers where needed
* Stay up to date with design trends, cultural influences, and emerging creative techniques
* Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
About you
* Proven experience in graphic design (in-house or agency, ideally FMCG, drinks, lifestyle or consumer brands)
* Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led creative and campaign work
* Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign as standard)
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
* Experience working across both digital and print
* Ability to take a brief and develop ideas independently
* Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting styles accordingly
* Motion or basic video editing skills would be a bonus
* Passion for branding, storytelling, and creating standout creative work

This role is based out of the office located in Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9QD and is offered on a hybrid basis for the right candidate.
