Essential criteria
1. IT Skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, publisher, PowerPoint, mail merge)
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Ability to identify and prioritise time sensitive work loads

Knowledge
Essential criteria
5. Strong working knowledge of GDPR Law and Information Governance
6. Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and systems

7. Knowledge of Trust services, structure, vision and values
Qualifications
Essential criteria
8. Relevant degree or equivalent experience with English & Maths at GCSE L5 or above

10. Previous administration experience
11. Experience of & expertise using a large range of IT software packages e.g. Microsoft Office; excel; outlook
12. Experience of staff supervision
13. Experience of design and layout of data reports, forms and other documents
14. Knowledge of Data Protection Act
