Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) – Loughborough – £35,000 to £65,000

The role
* Work within a well-established commercial property team handling a varied caseload
* Matters to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, and development support
* Exposure to a broad client base, from local businesses to developers and investors
* Benefit from strong internal referrals, particularly from litigation and private client teams
* Opportunity to take on responsibility early, with clear progression as the team continues to grow

You
* NQ+ with experience in commercial property (training seat or post-qualified)
* Confident managing your own files or ready to step up into that responsibility
