About the Role
Were looking for ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representatives to join our Commercial team and drive growth in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. As an SDR at Two, youll be the first point of contact for our future customers – helping them discover the value of Twos offering and shaping our go‑to‑market success. Youll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and collaborating closely with our Sales Managers and Chief Commercial Officer to build strong regional pipelines. What Youll Do
* Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
* Build a deep understanding of Twos products, customer segments, and value propositions
* Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
* Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM

Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer‑facing roles – ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e‑commerce
* Demonstrated track record of high performance, in professional or personal life
* Preferred: Bachelors or masters degree in business, economics, or related fields
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy through high activity levels
* Clear and structured verbal and written communication
* Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment
* Native‑level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or Dutch (depending on your location) – English is our business language
