Job Description
As the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee the purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
* Manage and reconcile supplier accounts to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
* Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
* Supervise and support the purchase ledger team to achieve departmental objectives.
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements as needed.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
