Responsibilities
* Guide budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end reporting for Telesales and Webchat channels, bringing clarity and confidence to financial insights.
* Explore performance trends and uncover opportunities, sharing insights that support informed, balanced decisions.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams, building strong partnerships to understand key drivers and outcomes.
* Support cost efficiency initiatives through thoughtful analysis, helping shape business cases and tracking their progress over time.
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, offering supportive challenge and encouraging the best possible outcomes.
* Help maintain strong financial governance, ensuring resources are used responsibly and effectively.
* Contribute to improving reporting quality and data storytelling, making insights more accessible and meaningful.
* Play a part in shaping digital and distribution strategies, supporting long‑term progress and sustainable growth.
