This role is integral to the Maritime Services business unit and will be based on-site at HMNBP, ensuring the wellbeing of the workforce in a dynamic naval environment. Key Responsibilities: Delivering comprehensive occupational health services to all employees. Conducting health surveillance and assessments in line with company policies. Providing advice on workplace health issues and promoting healthy practices. Administering first aid and managing medical emergencies when necessary. Maintaining accurate health records and managing confidential information. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring employees as required.
