The Opportunity

My client i looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Services Administrator to join their existing team, working out of their Chester location office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both administrative and data management functions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update client and adviser records using internal databases and CRM systems.
* Respond to client and adviser queries via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service.
* Review, cleanse, and input B2B data to support marketing and CRM initiatives.
* Monitor data quality and completeness, using third-party sources where appropriate.
* Assist with the preparation and processing of applications, invoices, and adviser fees.
* Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the administration of share certificates and deployment communications.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support data-driven projects.
* Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal data governance standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role, ideally within financial services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
