How You Can Play Your Part:
As a Technical Specialist, youll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.
You Will Be:
1. Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, youll know the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
