The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join the team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career progression, including a clear path to becoming a Partner with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling a client portfolio, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
2. Client Advisory: Provide tax advisory services, guidance on tax planning, and efficiency (experience preferred but not essential).
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development opportunities.
4. Client Management: Independently meet clients, discuss needs, and offer tailored solutions.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage client billing and maintain firm profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with a view to completing CTA or already completed.
* Strong tax compliance experience; tax advisory experience preferred.
* Background in accountancy desirable; experience with RoI tax matters advantageous.
* Proven team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet clients independently and manage billing processes.
