About the role
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Non-HRA team, delivering accurate and timely responses to daily enquiries. Key duties include maintaining records for the CHL Non HRA Team, raising and processing orders, collating updates from subcontractors, and supporting the management of operations and finances. The role also involves attending meetings, contributing to agendas, distributing minutes, and following up on agreed actions, as well as issuing papers and reports ahead of meetings.
About you
To be successful, you’ll be/have:
1. You’ll be confident engaging with customers and colleagues, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout service delivery.
2. Highly organised, able to manage appointments, support inspections, and respond to enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
3. Comfortable working with systems and data, supporting financial and operational monitoring, and contributing to case management and reporting.
4. collaborative team member, committed to continuous development, maintaining confidentiality, and working in line with relevant policies and procedures.

Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least - day/s per week.
