CTRG Limited are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to support trunking operations in the Coventry area.
Role Overview
* Job Type: Full-Time / Potential Temp-to-Perm for the Right Candidate
* Work Type: Trunking, Curtain Side
* Shifts: AM & Late Shifts
* Rates: Up to £37.34 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
* Trunking runs from A to B
* Assisting FLT drivers with strapping/unstrapping curtain sides
* No hand balling
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday (weekend shifts available)
* Start times from 02:00 onward
Pay Rates (Hol Inc)
Days - LGV CE
* Standard: £19.43
* Overtime: £24.3
* Sixth Shift: £37.34
Nights - LGV CE
* Standard: £20.73
* Overtime: £25.91
What You'll Need
* Valid UK C+E (Class 1) licence - minimum 24 months experience 2 years
* Valid DCPC & Digital Tachograph
* Understanding of Driver Hours & Working Time Directive
* Ability to complete safety checks and report defects
* Strong communicator with a flexible, can-do attitude
Mandatory Checks
Before starting, all candidates must complete and pass:
* Written driving assessment
* Physical driving assessment
* Drug & alcohol screening
