* The right to work in the UK
* Reliable transport to travel between clients
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
* A caring, compassionate, and dependable nature
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work independently while following care plans and guidance
* A genuine passion for helping others

What you’ll be doing
As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You’ll support clients to remain independent, safe, and happy at home by:
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks
* Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism
* Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and connected
* Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or outings
* Helping create enjoyable moments, whether that’s a trip to our Companionship Café or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation
