The successful candidate will have following experience
* Experience in a customer service role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* A good understanding of the export process (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for export customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the shipping process
* Provide timely updates on shipments, documentation, and transit status
* Liaise with internal departments, carriers, and overseas agents to resolve queries and issues efficiently
* Manage and process customer requests, bookings, and follow-ups with a proactive and helpful approach
* Use in-house systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage export files
* Ensure all customer interactions and documentation meet compliance and service standards
* Assist in maintaining KPIs and promoting customer satisfaction
