4. OTE: £40,000 (Uncapped)
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 - NO WEEKENDS
6. Top performers achieving much more: bonus in uncapped
7. No motor trade experience needed if you have a proven track record in telesales
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Telesales Executive to join a client in Barnsley that has won a series of large new contracts.
This is a great role for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, looking to build or progress their career in the motor trade.

The client is also open to applicants with no motor trade experience, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities for this Telesales Executive:
8. Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience.
9. Assist customers with their warranty queries.
10. Maximise sales to maximise your commission.
11. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote vehicles and services.
12. Consistently work towards and exceed telesales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
13. Telesales experience OR automotive experience as this is a role with an Automotive Warranty provider.
14. Confident communicator with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
15. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
16. High attention to detail and accurate when dealing with warranty products.
17. Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
18. A genuine interest in the motor trade industry.
