Operations and Sales Manager
Location: Fully Remote but must be based in the UK
We are looking for a dynamic Operations and Sales Manager to lead our clients operations and sales efforts while acting as a key ambassador for our company in the industry. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical knowledge of fabrication cleanroom processes with a bubbly, engaging personality.
You will work closely with MDs and CEOs, manage operational and sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
:Lead and manage day:to:day operations and sales activities.
:Work closely with MDs and CEOs to drive business growth and strategy.
:Attend, speak at, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
:Understand and communicate the full fabrication cleanroom process and associated technologies with confidence.
:Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
:Promote the company brand with an energetic, approachable, and professional demeanor.What We're Looking For:
:Proven experience in operations and sales management.
:Strong technical knowledge of fabrication cleanroom processes.
:Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking at events.
:Energetic, personable, and confident personality.
:Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fully remote role and be prepared to travel frequently.What They Offer
