About the role:
* Managing front‑of‑house reception duties and visitor enquiries
* Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
* Maintaining accurate student records and attendance data
* Supporting school staff with day‑to‑day administration
* Assisting with school communications and correspondence
* Using school systems and Microsoft Office daily
* Supporting safeguarding and compliance procedures
About you:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within education
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
