 
        
        Overview
My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Ops Manager to ensure the smooth running of operations and effective communication across the business. A Design and Build studio, you'll be working in the London based office of a worldwide company that work internally in Spanish (so fluency in Spanish is a must), while your work hours will be 4 days in the office with 1 at home. Some international travel on occasion could be required as well.
Responsibilities
 * Opening of new business branch
 * New acquisitions for their Property department
 * Audit processes and compliance requirements
 * Oversee financial administration, including invoicing, accounts payable, expenses, and budget tracking.
 * Conduct research and development to support financial management and business planning.
 * Liaise with contracts for both company-level and project-specific matters.
 * Anticipate executives’ needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth workflows.
 * Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and agendas for the Managing Director and HUB team.
 * Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
 * Support in organising board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
 * Support office and team organisation, including planning and coordination of internal initiatives.
Qualifications
 * Experience in a similar role involving business operations, strategic support, or executive coordination.
 * Experience with financial administration, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
 * Familiarity with compliance processes, audits, and legal or contractual documentation.
 * Previous involvement in business expansion, acquisitions, or opening of new branches is highly desirable.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Google Workspace).
 * Spanish and English fluency is required
