A leading independent Law Firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director to join its highly regarded Pensions Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advise a wide range of clients from sole traders to global corporations and trustees overseeing pension schemes of all sizes.
The successful candidate will advise trustees, employers, and pension providers on a broad range of pension matters, including benefit transfers, scheme wind-ups, liability management, M&A, GMP equalisation projects, and asset-backed funding arrangements. You will manage your own caseload efficiently, contribute to the team’s collaborative environment, and engage in business development and industry networking.
