Role Overview
A thriving and busy corporate commercial team with an impressive client base seeks an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor. You will handle a strong pipeline of high‑quality work, supported by experienced partners committed to your development to influence, mentor junior members, and grow client relationships.
Responsibilities & Scope
* Handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues.
* Build and maintain long‑term client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team’s development.
* Drive business development and networking activities to support team growth.
* Manage your own caseload of corporate commercial matters with a focus on fee‑earning and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 5PQE with experience managing a caseload of corporate commercial matters.
* Strong track record in corporate restructure, commercial contract negotiation and corporate governance.
* Demonstrated ability to support and mentor junior team members.
* Proactive business‑development mindset and excellent networking skills.
* Commitment to building long‑term client relationships.
