We are seeking a dynamic B2B marketer to drive awareness, build pipeline, and generate high-quality leads for our Sales team. You'll focus on our rewards and incentives customer segment, using global and local campaigns to deliver swift results. This hands-on role offers the chance to make a significant impact. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
* UK Campaign Management: Plan and run UK marketing campaigns aligned to revenue goals, using insights from past performance, market research, and customer feedback.
* Global Campaign Alignment: Lead and shape key EMEA/global campaigns, ensuring consistency and collaboration across markets.
* Campaign Optimisation: Continuously test, track, and refine campaigns using A/B testing, sales feedback, and key performance metrics.
* Demand Generation: Drive targeted lead generation campaigns to expand BHN penetration in rewards and incentives using various channels.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Global Marketing, Product, PR, and agencies to align strategies and maximise campaign impact.
* Reporting and Analysis: Own campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
* Campaign Experience: Background in campaign, field, or demand gen marketing across Enterprise and SMB, ideally in tech/fintech.
* Multi-Channel Success: Proven success running multi-channel B2B campaigns across the full marketing mix.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of web, content, SEO/SEM, social, and paid media.
* Pipeline and Revenue: Track record of driving pipeline and supporting revenue goals.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills.
* Collaborative Approach: Able to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
* Bonus: Knowledge of branded payments, incentives, rewards
