Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Channel Sales Management: Support business development through data-driven analysis of channel sales performance. Assist in designing and administering partner programs to enhance collaboration with various channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
* System & Process Optimization: Work on the continuous improvement of both online and offline systems and operational processes, aligning with evolving business practices.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide project support across different functions to ensure smooth execution and coordination.
* Liaison with Headquarters: Act as a key communication bridge with the head office to facilitate timely support, policy alignment, and resource coordination for local channel development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with other data processing or analysis tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) is a strong advantage
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, creative problem-solver with the ability to take initiative
* Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
* Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude
