Partnership Manager (Repairs / Voids Contracts) – Just Size 2
We are looking to recruit a Partnership Manager to join our team in Welwyn. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day activity of the project in accordance with MSPS best practice and governance standards; ensure that all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints.
* Support the Regional Director in the achievement and delivery of the annual and 5-year plans and support the bid and business development processes, through liaison with the relevant teams and personnel.
About You
* Experience managing Repairs and Voids contracts, including multiple workstreams (Repairs, Disrepairs, Voids, Planned) at a senior management level with significant operational management/service delivery experience in reactive maintenance; able to manage service performance including KPIs and performance of operatives and subcontractors.
* Ability to manage conflicting and competing priorities; understand profit and loss accounting as well as budget management, through effective cost control and driving value.
* At least 4+ years of experience; experience managing teams and target setting, ensuring delivery to targets; strong IT and project management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a high-paced environment.
