Position Overview
We are looking for Construction Technology professionals who are passionate about driving digital transformation throughout the construction industry.
Reporting to theSeniorManager ofFormaCustomer Success, you will build lasting and meaningful relationships with some of the largest AECOorganisationsintheUnited Kingdom and Ireland. You will develop and managehigh qualityCustomer Success Plans with your portfolio of customers. Also,you willpartner withAutodeskSalesteamsto plan and achieve the expansion of relationships, project adoption and revenue. You will do this through increasing the adoption of the AutodeskFormaPlatform and document value delivered.
Responsibilities
1. Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
2. Developand manage high qualityCustomer Success Plans,documenting and evidencing thevalue deliveredto our customers
3. ImproveFormaAdoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology, thereby increasing Monthly Active Users, Projects and functionality in use
4. Mitigate any churn risk and guide expansion discussions
5. Be an expert in our AutodeskFormaPlatform, in current functionality and roadmap
Minimum Qualificationsand requirements
6. 3+years experiencein the Construction Industry or Construction Technology Industry - (i.e. Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Digital Lead, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager)
7. High proficiency in the configuration and administration of Autodesk Forma
8. In-depth knowledge of the construction industry andrelevantprocesses
9. Familiar with the Construction Technology Ecosystem
10. Experience communicating the value of technology and its features to customersand users
11. Proficient in problem solving
12. Ability to travel when required
13. Experience in building face-to-face relationships withmultiple stakeholder groups on given projects.

14. You are passionate aboutdigitisationand progress in the construction industry
15. You are comfortable proposing and building processes that will allow ourorganisationto grow, and collaborate with numerous team members, both internally and externally on site or in the board room
16. You have a curious nature to uncover and understand customers challenges, industry trends and required workflows when adopting new technology and recommend best practices to increase andrealisereturn on investment
17. Day to day you must be excited by technology and happy to get into the product detail
