We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary and secondary schools across Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to gain experience within education.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional needs (where required)
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
