Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in London, providing consulting services to Japanese financial institutional clients. This role focuses on project management, issue structuring, and supporting business-side tasks in product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver PMO and project management services, including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
* Visualise and structure issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
* Support business-side tasks in product development, such as requirement clarification, UAT coordination, and operational readiness.
* Assist in stakeholder communication and coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
* Work independently and proactively in a hybrid environment (Central London client sites).
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years of consulting experience in project-based engagements.
* Solid project management skills, including planning, and progress tracking.
* Ability to structure complex issues and present clear solutions.
* Experience in business-side task execution for product development (e.g. Requirement Gathering, UAT Planning).
Preferred Requirements
* Familiarity with corporate banking domains
