We're currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy team based in Gravesend.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: On-site (office based in a cabin)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all site-related admin duties and phone enquiries
Maintain accurate customer and employee records
Use internal systems to log and track site transactions
Monitor resource usage and admin costs
Welcome and sign in visitors and contractors
Act as a site keyholder
Sort and file driver defect sheets
Download driver tachograph readings
Complete consignment notes for battery deliveries and update spreadsheet
Coordinate with the Battery Purchaser before processing waste returns
Run site waste returns and submit monthly email statements to key partners
This role is ideal for someone confident in a site-based environment, who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied admin workload efficiently.
