Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage store operations, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
2. Analyze store data and observations to inform decision-making and improve performance.
3. Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budgets and recruit diverse, talented partners.
4. Implement new initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
5. Support partner development through coaching, performance management, and building positive relationships.
6. Set goals to enhance partner engagement and performance.
Note: Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
