Children's Registered Manager - Residential Care - Manchester
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Registered Manager to oversee a residential care service for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in the Manchester region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognised organisation specialising in OFSTED regulated support services, providing a clear path for professional development and career progression.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safe management of the children's home and compliance with OFSTED standards and company policies.
* Work closely with the organisation\'s senior management team to deliver high-quality care, service quality assurance, and manage the operational aspects of the residential service.
* Manage and develop staff, including deputies, team leaders, and support workers.
* Manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
* Level 5 qualification in leadership and management.
* Experience as a deputy or registered manager within children's residential care.
* Knowledge of OFSTED regulations and compliance practices.
* Experience managing budgets and quality assurance processes.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and duty of care.
Additional Information
* Location: Greater Manchester area.
* Salary: up to £60,000 plus bonuses.
* Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call duties to ensure continuous service delivery.
