Senior Estimator – MEP Focus
Location: M4 Corridor | Hybrid working
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re working with a leading contractor to appoint a Senior Estimator with strong MEP experience to support a wider strategy of enhancing in-house MEP capability.
This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to shape how MEP is approached across bids and play a central role in future project wins.
The Role
* Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders
* Analyse tender documentation and develop robust bid strategies
* Build detailed cost plans and coordinate input from internal teams
* Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to strengthen bid quality
* Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
* Support client engagement, tender interviews, and negotiations
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, commercially sound bids that support business growth.
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within construction
* Strong MEP knowledge (essential)
* Ability to lead tenders and influence bid strategy
* Commercially aware with strong risk assessment skills
* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
