Your Role and What You'll Be Doing:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Private Client Solicitor to join their National Private Client Advisory team. In this pivotal role, you will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on the legal and tax aspects of estate and succession planning. You will also collaborate with colleagues in their award-winning team to enhance the private client offering in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on complex wills, lifetime trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
* Guide clients on lifetime inheritance tax planning and the taxation of trusts and estates.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to business development.
* Lead and manage junior team members, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
About You:
* You possess strong technical expertise in Private Client matters and are STEP qualified.
* You demonstrate a solid financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals.
* You have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
* You bring strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
