Job Description
The Creative Teaching Assistant at our Bexleyheath location plays a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and enhancing the learning experience of students. The role involves working closely with teachers to create engaging and innovative educational activities.
Job Duties:
1. Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials
2. Support individual students or small groups with learning activities
3. Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities
4. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
5. Assist in the implementation of creative teaching strategies
Required Qualifications:
6. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
7. Previous experience working in an educational setting
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
