Job Description
1. Lead multiple warehouse change and transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and resource requirements.
3. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope & budget.
4. Work closely with General Managers to land change effectively.
5. Support managers and teams through change, ensuring clarity of roles, processes and expectations.
6. Maintain a visible commitment to health & safety and compliance during all phases of change.
