PMO Analyst Folkestone (Hybrid) - £375p/d (Inside of IR35) Leading Travel Client now requires a Programme Support Analyst (PMO) to support a major transformation programme The Programme Support Analyst (PMO) will play a central role in ensuring smooth governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams in a complex, multi-vendor environment. The Programme Support Analyst (PSO) will be faced with the following responsibilities: Maintain programme-level governance frameworks and ensure compliance with group best practices. Support the Programme Director with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management. Manage RAID logs, change control processes, and action trackers. Produce steering committee reports, dashboards, and communication materials. Coordinate between delivery teams, business units, and third-party vendors. Monitor quality standards, maintain documentation, and support audits or assurance reviews. The ideal Programme Support Analyst will have the following skills/experience: Proven experience as a Programme Support or Management Analyst on large-scale transformation or IT programmes. Strong Background working with in large customer-facing clients Strong understanding of governance, risk, issue management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working in complex, multi-vendor settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
