This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate! Your Time at Work As a Section Leader, you'll support the Section Manager in overseeing daily operations within the intake, packaging, or yard areas.
You'll ensure smooth workflow, maintain health and safety standards, and help coordinate the team to meet operational targets.
You will be the go-to person, providing guidance, training, and making sure tasks are completed to a high standard.

- Monitor team performance, address delays, and ensure daily targets are met
- Lead daily briefings, allocate tasks, and provide on-the-job coaching and motivation
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene, reporting hazards and ensuring GMP compliance
- Carry out weekly safety audits and ensure compliance with all company policies
- Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and team performance Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Section Leader will have previous supervisory experience, ideally within fresh produce, food production, or a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Experience in warehousing, intake, or packaging is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is desirable, and training in health and safety (e.g.
You must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
While experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
