We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a well-established and reputable law firm in Nottingham.
The Role:
1. Managing a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
2. Handling acquisitions and disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents
4. Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a Commercial Property Fee Earner role
7. Ability to manage files independently
8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Excellent communication and client care skills
