The role:
Our Production team ensures the smooth processing of customer letters. You will be responsible for using high speed machinery to print, fulfil and handover our letters to Royal Mail.

Responsibilities:
* Operate printers, guillotines and folder inserters, doing quality checks as you go.
* Participate in regular team meetings to track progress.
* Troubleshoot basic issues, knowing when to escalate to your supervisor.
* Light cleaning duties and machine maintenance to maintain a tidy workspace.
* Work in line with Postworks quality and information security policies
Must haves:
* Teamwork: You've got to work well with others and be able to communicate effectively.
* Attention to detail: You'll be the person that can spot when something looks off
* Technical skill: You'll need to know how to operate some of our machines, but don't worry, we'll train you.
* Problem-solving: Sometimes things don't go as planned; you'll need to be able to follow a process to get back up and running.
* Reliability: Being consistent and reliable helps everyone on the team
* Physical fitness for manual work - you'll be on your feet for most of the day.
Due to the nature of this job, the successful candidate will be subject to a background and DBS check.
