Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Join us as a Volunteer Gardener at Sense Scotland’s TouchBase Ayrshire in Ardrossan. You’ll do more than just tend to plants you’ll help create a bright, welcoming outdoor space where the people we support, their families, and visitors can relax, connect, and enjoy nature.
By giving a few hours of your time, you’ll be helping to transform our garden areas into safe, sensory-friendly spaces that bring joy to others.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences. For this role, we’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys gardening or outdoor work no formal experience needed
Is happy to get stuck in with tasks like weeding, planting, watering, and tidying
Is friendly, reliable, and happy to work as part of a team
Can commit to agreed times and respects safety and confidentiality
Your enthusiasm, patience, and willingness to help create a positive environment are what matter most!
