About The Role
This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share moments and memories. The work is varied, from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring each resident has one‑to‑one time. It is an opportunity to use your skills meaningfully and develop your career.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you need some experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy and a warm‑hearted approach.
