* Annual salary of £27,000 - £28,000, plus £5,000 - £9,000 in bonuses

* Office based in Solihull - hours are Monday to Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2
The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships.
* Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional products and services
* Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
* Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
* Follow structured sales processes for consistent results
* Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
* Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
* Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities
The Candidate

* Excellent telephone manner and confidence in engaging customers

* High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping
* Proficiency in MS Office and PC literacy

* Previous phone-based account management or sales experience
