About Our Client
You'll be joining an exciting scale-up in the business of sustainability. This role will report into the UK Head of HR and partner with a C-Suite leader, supporting their senior leadership team during a very ambitious growth phase for this business. You'll support colleagues based at a state of the art research facility here in the UK and provide remote support to teams across the US.
Job Description
The Senior HR Business partner will:
3. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with high-growth business goals.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership to develop the People offering.
5. Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
6. Manage complex employee relations cases and offer solutions to prevent escalating (both on a case-case case a wider picture basis).
7. Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
8. Lead change management processes to support organisational growth.
9. Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
10. Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
11. Proven experience in a strategic HR role within a high growth technology/ engineering/ research environment.
12. A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
14. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence organisational change.
15. Experience in workforce planning and talent management strategies.
16. Proficiency in analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
17. Experience working across multiple countries, particularly the US
