Hamilton Bradshaw, the private equity firm founded by James Caan CBE – entrepreneur, investor, and former BBC Dragons’ Den star – is seeking a senior financial services professional to co-found a new firm in the UK.

Your Role as Founding Partner

* Corporate Finance & Transaction Services – M&A, valuation, due diligence, and structuring
* Fintech & Innovation Advisory – Embedded finance, crypto, payments, and regulatory tech
* Private Client & Family Office Services – Succession, tax, governance, and portfolio support
* Financial Planning & Risk Management – Pensions, protection, estate planning, insurance

* Has deep expertise in one or more core financial disciplines
* Is now ready to launch and scale their own business with an equity partner
* Brings a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to building a high-integrity firm
* Ideally has led or helped grow a practice, book of business, or team in previous roles
