Location: Ipswich - Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (+/- 10% DOE)
Are you someone who loves problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and wants to work in a company making a meaningful difference in the world?
We’re working with an established, fast-growing Tech4Good organisation that builds software helping to turn complex data into actionable insights. As they scale, they’re looking for a customer-driven, ambitious professional to be the first line of defence when things don’t go to plan (which, let’s face it, in tech, they often don’t).
You’ll be the voice at the other end of the phone (or inbox), resolving issues, supporting internal teams, and making sure customers feel looked after. With full product training provided and loads of opportunity to grow (Product Owner - Customer Success Manager, etc), it’s a brilliant role for someone with a passion for tech, a calm head, and a desire to be part of something with purpose.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line support across a core product suite
* Respond to user queries and guide them through solutions and fixes
* Log and manage support tickets accurately and efficiently
* Escalate more complex issues where needed — but stay involved in finding the solution
* Assist internal staff with general IT issues (Active Directory, hardware, etc.)
* Be a key player in maintaining their stellar 98%+ customer satisfaction rate
Requirements for Success:
* Experience in IT support or a customer service environment - open to personable, confident, ambitious graduates
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
* Self-motivated, inquisitive, and confident juggling multiple priorities
* Highly organised, proactive, and unphased by a fast-moving environment
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience
* Strong general IT knowledge
