We are a major UK manufacturer operating across multiple large-scale sites and supplying high-quality products to some of the country’s most well-known retailers. Our Scunthorpe site is one of our largest and most complex operations, with approximately 2,000 employees and continuous investment in people, systems, and infrastructure.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to lead hiring efforts at our fast-paced Scunthorpe site. This is a key role where you’ll have real ownership of the recruitment function, delivering end-to-end hiring solutions and helping shape the future talent pipeline.
You’ll need to be proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a challenging but rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding
* Developing and delivering effective sourcing strategies
* Leveraging recruitment data and analytics to make informed decisions
* Liaising with an external MI/data team – data is provided, you’ll interpret and act on it
* Exploring innovative approaches to talent attraction (social media, job boards, job fairs, etc.)
* Supporting and occasionally covering for an in-house Recruitment Advisor

Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong in-house or agency recruitment background
* Skilled in proactive sourcing and candidate attraction
* Analytical mindset – confident working with data and KPIs
* Practical and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach
* Familiar with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
* Comfortable being onsite and highly visible within the operation
