TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a Medium sized Housing Association looking to add a permanent Project Manager to their team in Salford Role Overview: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a large-scale planned maintenance programme, managing external contractors and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, within budget and on schedule. This role requires a technically strong professional who can balance on-site oversight with strategic project reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of a planned works programme across multiple sites, focusing on windows, doors, and roofs. Manage and monitor contractors to ensure quality, health & safety compliance, and budget adherence. Conduct site visits and quality inspections, ensuring works align with technical specifications and contractual obligations. Provide regular reports on project progress, risk mitigation, and performance. Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, CDM regulations, and the organisation’s internal standards. Ideal Candidates: A strong background in project management, within social housing or a similar built environment. Demonstrable experience managing external contractors and delivering planned maintenance/refurbishment projects. A solid understanding of building regulations, health & safety, and compliance frameworks relevant to housing.
