Your Role
In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Customer Care activities, ensuring compliance with all company policies. You will also oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.
Your Responsibilities
* Process consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick’s online booking portal, Quickonline, including routing, service classification, deadline setting, and job order printing.
* Manage the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
* Provide clients with continuous status updates and follow-ups, relaying flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc.
* Monitor and respond to client emails via shared mailboxes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Calculate and arrange suitable temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
* Track and trace consignments, providing status updates throughout transit.
* Monitor and act on special alarms (SPAs) via appropriate channels.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
* Comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
* Strong knowledge of world geography and temperature-controlled packaging solutions available to forwarders.
* Ability to work successfully under pressure.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
