We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales force. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This is a varied and enjoyable role where you will meet people from around the world and help them maximize their visit using our range of tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote the sale of tickets for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions and Windsor.
You must provide consistently high-quality service to our customers, including promoting our products and offering local advice.
Experience and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and ability to work within a team.
* A passion for sales and a results-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
Job Specifics
* Seasonal short-term contract from now until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week.
* Weekend work is essential.
* Availability during peak season from April to August.
* Pay Rate: Basic rate of £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 on 31 March 2025. Commission can be earned, averaging £20–£40 daily based on personal sales, with potential for more during spring and summer. Note: No fulfilment bonus is available anymore.
